th February 2008, 8.30pm - The ice-cream man is here downstairs again. Yummy! Nothing beats having a biscuit ice-cream after the dinner. Today, each of us in the family has one. Before we went down, we asked dad if he wants. As usual he is shy to say "yes", and we decided to buy for him anyway. When we asked him what favour, he said "anything". My cheeky brother knowing that my dad has rheumatism and can never eat nutty stuffs, replied: "Okie. We will buy you peanuts favour one." Then, we quickly close the door and laugh devilish. Keke..
th February 2008, 5pm - We have rare guest in office - Jere. He had moved on to Singapore Technologies. Oh man, we three brothers, Jackson, Jere and me, is always up to no good in office. This time, the hippo - toy is unlucky. We got him a "Huggies" diaper with a little urine stains. He sadly admitted on the post-it-note, saying "Mummy, I got myself leeky again." in chinese. In the end, we got almost all our soft toys in the office with Huggies.
th February 2008, 8pm - I have not be jogging regularly these days. It is time to prepare the end of year running events. I took this picture, while waiting for Stanley. My New Balance running shoes have accompany me for many runs like New Balance Run, Army Half and Standard Chartered Run. I was not in good shape that day. Stanley out-run me almost by half a stadium. He's good. No wonder, he was featured in Men's Health Mag. Time for me to buck up, man!
th February 2008, 7.30pm - Today, I took a different route home. I usually cut across the HDB flats and cross the main bridge. This brings me faster to home and eat my dinner. However, I crossed the bridge that leads me to the park. The sight of the river in an evening is stunningly beautiful. I stopped to take a picture of it. It made me realised that one shall look at things with different perspectives. Try take a different route and you will see a different side.
nd February 2008, 11.30pm - Ah Bua & company were at Sally's house. I still remembered my most embarassing moment happened at Sally's house, a few years back. Her glass door was so sparkly clean that I thought the door was opened, when it was actually closed. There, I banged myself onto it. Sally had two beautiful dogs. The one that you see is Hazel. She's pretty meaty as a dog. I called her "Fei Mui". Hehe.. Retribution befalls. I got a parking offence summon ticket on that night... Grrghh... Thanks to Sally, she was kind enough to help us all to compose a appeal letter.
rd February 2008, 2am - My brother and I went to take a look at the new HDB high rise at Toa Payoh Central, after our car wash. Don't ask us why we were there at 2am. It was a beautiful sight looking from here. I wondered which floors did Ah Ben and Ah Joe got respectively? I realised it's a luxury to stay at 40th floor. The whole world seems to be under your feet. I reckoned such unit must have cost at least S$450K.
