I came across this interesting website: mcmorran.org via The Official Star Wars Blog. It displays a series of toys that apparently did not made it to the Toys market, somehow due to some reasons. Here are Luke's dead Aunt Beru & Uncle Owen killed by the evil Imperial troopers.
